Product properties: Yellow powder, with better light resistance than lead chromium yellow, but slightly lower covering and coloring power, slightly soluble in water, and completely soluble in acid or alkali. It has anodic passivation effect and cathodic corrosion inhibitor effect, and is an important anti rust pigment, it can also be used for color adjustment.
Main characteristics: 509 is a composite zinc chromium yellow containing zinc (Zn), chromium (Cr), potassium (K), and crystal water (H2O). Its chemical structure is more complex than ordinary zinc chromium yellow (ZnCrO4), and it has unique rust prevention and chemical stability.
Application Scope:
Mainly used in the manufacturing of anti rust primer for the paint industry, it has good anti-corrosion performance on metal surfaces. Can be used for aviation, automotive primer (such as epoxy zinc rich primer), ship coating, military equipment anti-corrosion coating, and also for coloring plastic, ink, rubber and other products.
