Directions for use of pneumatic pressing & covering machine:

1)This pressing & covering machine is specilized in pressing and covering various aluminum inserted cots;

2)Demension: L*W*H=270mm*260mm*780mm;;

3)You can press and cover cots of different lengths by adjusting stroke regulating nut 3;

4)This machine takes compressed air as dynamic force (0.6-0.8Mpa);

5)The operation is safe and convenient, and the performance is stable and reliable. Here is the operational procedure:

A. Open the safety door 10;

B. You can fix the cot to be covered by inserting it in pressing & covering axis 5 and pushing it upward;

C. fix the bearing on the spacer 6;

D. After closing the safety door, the rubber shell will be pressed in the bushing by effect of piston 2 and pressing & covering nut 4;

E. Open safety door 10, and take out the processed cot.

6) This machine has been debugged before leaving the factory. You can simply operate it by compressing an appropriate amount of ai;

7) The machine is applicable to press and cover aluminum inserted cots with inside diameter of 19mm and width of 28-40mm;

8) If you need to slip down the cot to be discarded, please use the cool provided together with the machine.
