产品性质:
无色斜方系结晶或白色微晶粉末。折射率小,透明度高。溶于无机酸、醋酸、氨水、铵盐溶液,不溶于乙醇;水中几乎不溶,其溶剂热度随温度上升而减小,加热到100℃时保留两个结晶水,约在250℃失去结晶水而成无水物。有潮解性,腐蚀性。
应用范围:
磷酸锌是一种新型无毒防锈颜料。用作醇酸、酚醛、环氧树脂等各类涂料的基料,也用于生产无毒防锈颜料和水溶性涂料。还用作氯化橡胶、合成高分子材料的阻燃剂,也可用作牙科的印模材料。
注意事项:本产品应避免与有酸碱性或有还原性的物质混合使用。
本产品在运输、储存过程中,为了避免风化作用,应贮存在干燥的地方,同时避免气温的剧烈变化。

Product properties:
Colorless rhombohedral crystals or white microcrystalline powders. Low refractive index and high transparency. Soluble in inorganic acids, acetic acid, ammonia water, ammonium salt solutions, insoluble in ethanol; Water is almost insoluble, and its solvent heat decreases with increasing temperature. When heated to 100 ℃, two crystalline waters are retained, and at around 250 ℃, the crystalline water is lost and becomes anhydrous. Has deliquescence and corrosiveness.
Application Scope:
Zinc phosphate is a new type of non-toxic anti rust pigment. Used as a base material for various coatings such as alkyd, phenolic, and epoxy resins, as well as for the production of non-toxic anti rust pigments and water-soluble coatings. It is also used as a flame retardant for chlorinated rubber and synthetic polymer materials, and can also be used as a dental impression material.
